2/24/2019 – Today Mary harvested her first ever cabbage. It tastes mild and a bit sweet and is as good as it looks. We made our standard coleslaw and it was great.
Continue ReadingMary applied fish emulsion to the plants in her large veggie bed and harvested a basketfull of Mustard Greens. Thankfully she harvested the greens BEFORE pouring on the emulsion.

2/20/2019 – We transplanted the tomato and bell pepper seedlings into 4″ square plastic pots in two trays. Mary planted Marigold seedlings to either side of the new camellias along the wood fence.
