Crain’s Landscaping and Tree service cut the

west hDSC_0589alf of the pecan tree hanging over the grain and took down the top of the main branch trunk hanging over the house. Both were rotten or empty inside. Piled some of the limbs on top larger ones and Mary drove the truck to pull the piles to the burn pile where I threw them on top what is a large pile. VERY hot day.

Later in the week through Sunday we finish pulling limbs and piled them to burn.

Cleaned out the north end of the wood shed and burned the rotten fire wood.  Raked the old leaves, small limbs and old bark and hauled it to small burn pile behind the barn. Refilled the wood shed with smaller pecan limbs cut into fire wood. Pulled the large trunks to next to the wood shed and sawed several into smaller pieces to allow consolidation of the pile so the grass can be cut.
