5/30/2023 – Tilled the wide rows with the JD Tiller and the corn middles. All the middles have now been tilled or plowed. Only plowed the corn once before it was too tall and so this tilling was the second cultivation. The soil was packed so this also helped that issue.
Side Dressed the cucumbers and squash with 33-0-0 trying to follow the MX Extension Service recommendation of 1 pint per 100 foot of row. Raked it in with the garden rake.
The cabbage sowed __ is 6-12 inches high and looks good. Expect the heat will stop it but maybe not. Also, side dressed it.
