2/22/2023 – Mary sowed the following in individual small pots sitting in trays in the greenhouse.
- Better Boy Tomato seeds from HOSS – 24 pots with 2 seeds each.
- Charleston Belle Sweet bell peppers – 12 pots with two seeds each
- Carolina Cayenne Hot Peppers – 12 pots with 2 seeds each
The tomatoes are in 2-inch square deep pots with Miracle Grow potting soil in the lower half and Jiffy Seed Starting soil in the upper half where the seed was sowed 1/4 inch deep.
The peppers were in standard trays that held 6 each and were filled with Miracle Grow potting in the bottom 2/3rds then topped with Jiffy seed starting mix.
