1. Ductwork Replace Stand Alone Duct System includes R8 flex 2 in ductboard

• All duct are strapped code code-compliant
• Reconnecting to the existing box
• Spray foaming all boxes

Discounting for range hood pipe [for roof vent]. ­($500.00) [Did not need as the hole through the roof deck is square and larger than 10″]

Note: They found the round duct was installed with a feeble attempt to tape/foam a round duct into a square hole. Apparently, during the renovation, they or someone attempted to seal it with foam, and some of the foam ran into the duct, blocking at least 25% of the potential airflow.
