Disked the Big Garden

1/24/2022 – Disked the areas below to get ready to plow in a week or so.

1. The Elbon Rye in the south half was disked N-S then E-W then N-S.
2. The north half was disked multiple times in the narrow parts and N-S then diagonally in the other areas;
   1. between the spinach and the west grass edge
   2. between the spinach, brocolli and cabbage
   3. the tomato row
   4. from the onions to within about 8 feet of the east grass edge leaving about 8 feet of mustard.

This is the same day as the cover crop was first disked last year and after plowing, there were no sod clumps. This is also the day 12 years ago that Dad past away.
