Continue Reading5/22/2020 – Fed all the roses with the concoction below that was added to 4 gallons of water (16 quarts) in a 5-gallon bucket. Mixing was much easier done this way and the feeding went much quicker.
Continue Reading5/21/2020 – Mixed up the “concoction” in watering cans and fed 8 gallons to the new Mother’s Day daylilies and the seedlings and transplants planted in the recently built Martin House Bed we call the Daylily Nursery. The concoction this time consisted of 1 Tbsp/Gallon of: Chelated Iron by Southern Ag Fish Emulsion Miracle Grow.
Continue Reading5/19/2020 – Sprayed Epsom salt on the two rows of tomatoes and peppers in the Garden. Sprayed all the roses. The spray was mixed at 1 tbsp per gallon and it took almost 2 gallons.

Blooms this year have been great with the little-pink vining roses at the gate lasting far longer than last year when botrytis ruined them.
