8/18/2019 – By 8 AM, while the east side was still in the shade, Mary and I had pulled up individual hills in the first two wide rows. The number of seeds and depth were per the plans here. The vegetables planted and spacing are as follows.

8/15/2019 – The area with the tomatoes, peas, and sunflowers had not been limed and fertilized last week. Those areas are now clear except for the sunflowers. Spread by hand on those areas about 20 lbs of lime mixed with about 5 lbs of 15-0-15.

8/14/2019 – Finally, three bell peppers are producing fruit. Today, we picked ten 4″ to 2″ fruit. Most were lying on the ground from the hard rain yesterday. There is at least that much more on the bushes. These four are what is left from the 12 Bonnies plants bought at Lowe’s.
