Continue ReadingGiven the 4″+ rain this past week and the corn is tasseling and the squash blooming. I side-dressed them with 13-13-13. The idea of using a balanced fertilizer, rather than just nitrogen, is to replenish the nutrients washed out by the rain while adding nitrogen.
