8/1/2020 – Mixed 4-gallon batches of 4 Tablespoons of Miracle Grow with about twice that of fish emulsion. Mixed up 12 gallons and poured it on them proportionate to the size.

Sidedressed pumpkins and scalloped squash with 8-8-8+Borax
7/31/2020 – Used 4-tined hoe to break up soil around the young plants. They are 6-8″ high and about 12-16″ wide given the good germination. Sprinkled about 1.5 handfuls of 8-8-8+Borax. around the blue and jack-o-lantern pumpkins and the white scalloped squash as they did not have any under them when sowed.

7/24/2020 – Sprayed the remaining tomatoes with Epsom Salts as they are bearing ok. Also, fed them fish emulsion as the peppers are starting to bear and there is a fairly good number of fruit to gather tomorrow. Also, fed and sprayed the three young tomatoes, peppers, and basil in Mary’s little garden.

7/20/2020 – Mowed down the double rows of Jackson Wonder Lima Beans that have had a lot of flowers but no pods. Disked them well and the two rows of peas mowed last week. Also re-disked the rest of the garden that is vacant.
