The first part of March was dry then there was some rain including a 2.06″ one in the last week. April made up for any deficiency in two extended multi-day rains with the first totaling 4.87″ and the second totaling 5.81″. And, there were only three days between the end of the first and the start of the second one.
There were other rains but these two were over the top.
