5/10/2021 – We could get more rain tonight and tomorrow but I doubt it will be much. Sprayed Mancozeb on the tomatoes in both gardens. There were only a few lower leaves that were yellow with black spots. Removed them while spraying.
We have had a lot of blooms but only a few tomatoes. The advice was a lot of things that amounted to replacing the lack of bees. We have seen no bees. So, before taking the electric toothbrush to them to vibrate the male pollen on the female stamen—Mary thought that was kinda dumb—I used the wand to tap the vines while spraying the Mancozeb, hopefully knocking the males to the females.
They have a few days then they get the toothbrush treatment.
