4/14/2020 – As Hurley Farm & Feed had given me by mistake a 1/4 lb of Jackson Wonder Lima bean seed, we decided to sow them in the empty row (Row 6) where the girls helped us plant carrots and lettuce that did not come up.
I raked the soil out and planted a double row. The seed did not all fit into stock plate 6 so I took the extra plate 6 and drill it out. Planted them 1″ deep.
The soil was damp in some places. Watered the seed trench in well to help them germinate.
