8/31/2021 – To replace the fertilizer washed out by Hurricane Ida’s 13″ of rain, and that most of these plants were flooded by the pond for about 24 hours, I fed them a light dose of 15-0-15. The fertilizer was spread around:
- the three Crepe Myrtles along the rail fence at the road west of the driveway, 4 handfuls;
- the three magnolias in the pond yard. 4 handfuls;
- the three small blueberries in the pond yard just west of the barn; 1+ handfuls
- the small oak just west of the barn. ~3 handfuls
