5/1/2020 – Used the JD tiller to prepare the soil in the space that was the pond-side of the yard-pond fence at the road where the new rail fence extends into what was the double-wide gate.
The bed had been a large curved bed in the corner of the rail fence and the pond fence. The northern point was removed and the lilies there moved into the new space. That creates a rather deep long bed along the fence.
The rose bed was built in the corner of the new rail fence along the road and the new one between us and Blue Moon Farm. Three small rooted vines from the original little pink roses were planted and some mature trimmings was laid in the soil between them hoping they will root.
