5/6/2019 – For the past week the Driskell’s staff have been setting up a large portable loading pen and feeding the steers inside it. Today they closed the gates and hauled them to another local pen. After the cows were hauled away the winter grass, that is still high, was cut for hay on the east half of the field.
5/7/2019 – The west half of the field was mowed and the east half was raked and bailing began.
