The last rain was on 3/4/2019 and was the fourth day in a row where we had about 0.25″ each day. That was a small amount of rain after a week of dry winds.
Since then the humidity has been low and the wind blowing out of the north or south. So, the flower beds are dry and the large garden, that has not been planted, is a dust bowl. Not even the weeds and grass tuffs have come back from the last time I disked it to be ready to hill and plant.
We are hand watering the daylilies, plumbagos, Citrus trees, small recently planted things and the Sunset Magic Crape Myrtles plus using a sprinkler on Mary’s garden.
