4/22/2021 – The largest of the small azaleas from the large concrete foundation for Mom’s clothesline was planted in the space where the Hamilin Orange froze this past winter. The other four, that came apart cleanly, were planted where the oleanders did not make it through the cold winter and in the SW corner of the pond yard.
Finding the foundation was a surprise. Shortly after we began cleaning up the place—8+ years ago—we threw away the old posts that had long ago rusted out and were falling down. The azaleas had grown out over it since then.
