6/3/2020 – This was the 2nd application now totaling 100 of the 200 lbs the pond needs. See here for the first application.
Threw about 30 lbs. of pelletized lime on the pond from the mid-point on the east side to the mid-point on the west side going around the north perimeter. The last maybe 20 lbs was thrown on the south half.
Throwing it meant some landed from the shore out a ways but the majority was beyond that and out 40 feet or so.
This application now means that 100 lbs. has been spread in an approximately 40-foot wide band around the perimeter.
