On Friday the 1st a plan developed to have everyone out for a July 4th hamburger and hot dog event on Sunday the 3rd. Todd and family had flown in from Colorado Springs to spend the week with Becky and Randy. So, it was a great opportunity to have many together.
We fixed the hot dogs, cajun sausages and hamburgers and everyone else brought sides and cakes. Tommy Browning brought a blow up pool for the kids and they enjoyed it while The Grandmothers watched and the fathers monitored. The pecan tree provided shade and a nice breeze kept blowing.
