12/3/2019, 6 AM – There was a hard frost and the temperature went down to 27 F. There were no damages to anything in either garden. The plants that were not damaged in the big garden were:
- Florida Broadleaf Mustard – 4-6″ high
- Ruby Queen Beets – 1-2″ high
- Swiss Chard – 1″ high
- Early Jersey Wakefield cabbage – 4-6″ high
- April Cross radish – 1″ high
- King Richard Leeks – 1″ high
- Tendergreen Mustard – <1″ high and poor stand
In Mary’s Garden was the following that also was not damaged.
- Swiss Chard
- Pak Choy
- Bonnie Spinach
- Bonnie Cilantro
- Bonnie Lettuce
- White onion sets
- Aspabroc Hybrid, Broccolini
