Cleaned Out Mary’s Garden

7/26/2021 – The wildflower plots in the north and south end only had a few blooms and the weeds were taking over. Hard to tell the difference between the weeds and the wildflowers. The Chamberbitters had taken over to a great extent and the daytime high temperature is now in the low 90s—so everything is struggling. The basil is holding on as are the SuperSweet 100 tomatoes along the fence.

Dug up the weeds and everything else then cleaned up the edges so they are straight. Had a Gator’s bed full of weeds and the marigolds that have quit blooming. Tilled those areas with the John Deere tiller to be ready to plant more basil she has potbound in the greenhouse and some green onions.
